Breaking Ground: ALOFT at Orchard Town Center in Westminster

Renascent Hospitality is excited to announce the ground breaking of a new project in February 2019; a 120-room, Marriott ALOFT Hotel on the northwest corner of I-25 and 144th Avenue in Westminster, Colorado. We are set to open in Summer of 2020.
