Brinkman Partners kicks off construction of Hilton Garden Inn in Arvada

1 April 2016

Construction is underway on the city of Arvada’s first ever hotel. The five story Hilton Garden Inn features 139 rooms, a restaurant, meeting and event space, an indoor pool, and fitness center. Brinkman Partners is developing the project in partnership with hotel operator Renascent Hospitality and in conjunction with Arvada Hotel Investors, the city of Arvada and the Arvada Urban Renewal Authority.

Situated on a 3-acre site near 55th Avenue and Olde Wadsworth, the hotel is uniquely positioned within walking distance of vibrant restaurants, breweries, shopping and a future light-rail station. Both visitors and residents will benefit from this new addition to historic Olde Town Arvada, which is slated to be completed in early 2017.
