New Hilton Garden Inn Hotel Breaks Ground in Arvada (Denver) CO

Hilton Garden Inn, the award-recognized, upscale global hotel brand broke ground on February 3rd in Arvada, CO, just outside of Denver. Owned by Arvada Hotel Investors, in cooperation with Salt Lake City based Colmena Group, it is being developed by Fort Collins, CO based Brinkman Partners and built by Brinkman Construction. The hotel is being co developed and managed by Columbus, OH based Renascent Hospitality. The 139- room hotel is scheduled to open in January 2017.

The 2006-developed hotel has been acquired by NexGen Properties, LLC, based in Greenwood Village. The Hampton Inn & Suites was bought for $7.95 million from seller Spirit Hospitality, based in Fort Collins. With 48,980 square feet, the hotel boasts 74 rooms to check out.
