Greeley, CO Hampton Inn & Suites Acquired

The 2006-developed hotel has been acquired by NexGen Properties, LLC, based in Greenwood Village. The Hampton Inn & Suites was bought for $7.95 million from seller Spirit Hospitality, based in Fort Collins. With 48,980 square feet, the hotel boasts 74 rooms to check out.
